Refund Policy

At CIVOR, we believe in timeless quality and a worry-free experience. If an item isn't quite to your liking, we offer a simple and transparent returns process.

1. Return conditions

  • Report returns within 14 days after receipt via our returns portal. You then have another 14 days to return the item.

  • Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed and with all original tags and packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns if the item shows signs of use (e.g. makeup, deodorant or self-tanner).

  • Articles that as non-returnable items listed (for example SALE items) can only be converted into a gift card.

  • Did you receive a defective item? Please report it. preferably within 48 hours upon receipt with photos, so we can resolve it quickly.

2. Return procedure

  1. Visit us online Return portal .

  2. Enter your order number (including #) and email address.

  3. Select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  4. Choose between returns, exchanges, or store credit.

  5. Receive a shipping label or QR code instantly.

  6. Take your parcel to the nearest drop-off point.

3. Shipping costs and processing

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

  • Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • Additional shipping costs may apply for international returns.

4. Control and refund

  • Once we receive your return, we will carefully check the item.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved.

  • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to make the purchase.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for processing time.

5. Exchanges and exceptions

  • International orders can be returned, but not exchanged immediately. In that case, please place a new order for the desired size or color.

  • Items clearly labeled “Non-Returnable” are only eligible for store credit.
