Shipping Policy

All our products are shipped to you from Belgium via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over €100/€150, depending on your region. No code needed; free shipping is applied at checkout and includes duties.

UPDATE: Due to an exceptionally high volume of orders, our shipping times may be delayed by 2-3 days beyond our usual turnaround time. We're working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding during this busy period.

Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order has been placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed . After the order has shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email and can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note: Delivery times are estimated.

Free shipping:

• On all orders above €100 for the Netherlands & Belgium.
• On all orders over €150 for the rest of Europe.
• On all orders over €150 worldwide.
